🌸 Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All our products have information sheets and have been assessed - however they are not assessed specifically for sensitive skin. While we have received no negative reports, everyone's skin is unique. We recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. By purchasing you acknowledge it is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your skin type.
👶 Are your products suitable for children?
Our products are not designed to be used on children under three years of age.
🐾 Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Many of our products are vegan and cruelty-free - please check the individual product listing for details as this varies across our range. None of our finished products are tested on animals.
✨ Can you make custom or personalised orders?
We'd love to! Whether it's a wedding, baby shower, birthday or a scent you can't find in our shop - get in touch and we'll do our best to make it happen. Please allow up to 10 working days for custom orders. Contact us via our contact form or email kittykisses2025@outlook.com
🔍 What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you don't see a particular fragrance or product you'd love, we'd be happy to make it for you. Please allow up to 10 working days. Get in touch via our contact form or email kittykisses2025@outlook.com
📦 How do you ship your products?
We aim to dispatch within two working days of receiving your order (excluding custom orders). Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and express orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Local delivery is available for eligible postcodes every Monday.
💸 How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of £3.90 for standard shipping. Express shipping is available for £7.00. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. Local delivery is free for eligible postcodes.
🔄 What is your refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We cannot accept returns on opened items, gift cards or sale items.
🌍 Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we can only ship within the UK. We're looking into how to safely and legally supply products internationally - watch this space!
📍 Where can I find you in person?
We're at Oak Mall Shopping Centre, Greenock every Thursday! Come and browse the full range, smell our scents in person and say hello. Check our Markets & Events page for upcoming dates.
