Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

All our products have information sheets and are assessed - however, they are not assessed specifically for sensitive skin.

While we have received no negative reports, everyone's skin is unique, so we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. By purchasing, you acknowledge that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their own skin type.

Are your products suitable for children?

Our products are not designed to be used on children under three years of age.

Are your products cruelty-free?

None of our products are tested on animals and are vegan and cruelty free compliant.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

If you don't see a particular fragrance or product that you would love, we would be happy to make them. If we are able to make it for you, be aware that the lead time for this would be 10 working days. Please get in touch with us via our contact form or email us at kittykisses2025@outlook.com

Do you do customised orders?

We would love to work with you, to make your special event that more special. So if you have an event coming up such a wedding or baby shower, we would be happy to create products for your special event. Please get in touch with us via our contact form or email us at kittykisses2025@outlook.com

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Opened or tampered items
  • Items not in original packaging or without seals intact
  • Gift cards or sale items

How do you ship your products?

We aim to dispatch products within two working days of receiving your order, except for customised orders.

All standard rate shipping items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All express rate shipping items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

For eligible postcodes local delivery is available and all items are delivered every Monday.

How much can I expect to pay on shipping?

Eligible postcodes can receive free delivery. 

We charge a flat rate of £3.90 for standard shipping.

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Need it faster? Express shipping is available for £7.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK, we are currently looking into how to legally and safely supply products to those overseas.
