• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Customised orders may require additional processing time.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.90 flat rate

• Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £7 flat rate

• Free Delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping

• Local Delivery: Available to eligible postcodes, delivered every Monday

• Free Local Delivery: Certain postcodes qualify for free delivery (eligibility shown at checkout)

Delivery Area

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• At this time, we cannot ship outside the UK, but we are exploring options to safely and legally supply products overseas.

Delivery Times

• Standard: 2–3 business days after dispatch

• Express: 1–2 business days after dispatch

• Local delivery: Every Monday (eligible postcodes only)
