Returns

• Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Condition requirements: Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and seals intact.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We cannot issue refunds for:

• Opened or tampered products

• Items not in their original packaging or without intact seals

• Gift cards and sale items

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the unopened item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
